Cancellation and Refund Policy SUPER PEAK SEASON Lean/Regular Season - High/Peak Season - Super Peak Season 31 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL Cancellation notifications received within 31 working days prior to the check-in date will NORMALLY be entitled to a FULL REFUND less transaction cost and the money transfer charge for the refund. However, exceptions to the charges may apply depending on the prevailing policies imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the cancellation has been made. Cancellation notifications received within 8-30 working days prior to the check-in date may warrant a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the entire booking amount, less the transaction cost and the money transfer charge for the refund. If exceptions apply, depending on the prevailing policies imposed by hotel/resort applicable at the time the cancellation has been made; a One (1) Room Night Charge shall be imposed per room. The remaining amount, less transaction cost and the money transfer charge shall be refunded. WASH-DOWNS (Changes in the Booking Dates) – Changes in Booking dates made 8-30 days before check-in date would be subject to availabilities and approval from the hotel or resort. SHORT STAY: One (1) night per room wash down charge may apply to shortened booking days made 15-30 days before check-in. However such charge is only applicable to a select number of resorts.
