Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations, postponements, revisions and amendments must be made and actually received by us, otherwise, total payments made will be forfeited, subject to the following conditions:

1. One (1) week before departure during the Lean Season (from June to November) and two (2) weeks before departure during the Peak Season (from December to May), (1) month before departure during Super Peak Season (Christmas/New Year/Chinese New Year/Holy Week/Holidays and Festival) otherwise total payments made will be forfeited.

2. User or any member of user party may cancel all or part of user travel package at any time, provided that the cancellation is made in writing addressed to us by the person who made the original booking and email address. User will receive a refund of the amount paid, (excluding any amendment charge) less the cancellation fees specified below.

Lean/Regular Season - High/Peak Season - Super Peak Season
REFUND, where applicable, will take place 30-60 banking days after cancellation requirements are completed. Please note that all bank charges have to be shouldered by the guest/client.

Cancellation of user booking
We reserve the right in any circumstance to cancel user booking. However, in no case will we cancel user booking less than 30 days prior to departure, unless it is for reasons outside of our control or for non-receipt of payment by user. If we do cancel user booking (other than for late or non-payment) we will offer user a full refund of all payments paid in respect of the travel and tour packages booking.

We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate user travel and tour package without notice should user behavior be such that it is likely in our opinion, to cause distress, damage, annoyance or danger to any other person. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be due to user.

Unused Services
No refund will be paid to the client for failure to utilize any part of the travel and tour package arrangements provided by THEISLANDTRIPS.COM or DOTCOM INTERNATIONAL MARKETING, INC.

Note: The following conditions may NORMALLY apply but take note the current policies imposed by hotel/resort, airlines or any travel related services are applicable at the time the cancellation has been made shall prevail.
